Went through the drive through and it was very slow and they almost forgot to give me my drinks I had to tell them. When I got home my nachos were wrong so I returned to the store. When I informed them of the mistake they laughed about it and made it seem like it was my fault for wanting my food made how I asked for it. Very unprofessional and rude staff will not go back. Dorito Locos loaded with SOUR CREAM... since when? Bought 6 through drive-thru... took home and had to through away. Called store immediately and they said bring back for refund. We live out of town and this was last evening after 730pm. We will not go there again. Will now buy at Taco Mayo. Was having a terrible night, nowhere else was open so I decided on Taco Bell. I just moved to town so I've been very overwhelmed & emotional. I ordered two queso cups bc I'm used to the TB in my last town barely filling them, but they filled them to the brim this time & it's silly but it made me smile.
