I used the mobile app. This is the second time. I'm not sure if I'm going to go back. Don't get me wrong, the food is good. But not made the way I ordered. I go to this location very often since its close to my job....the manger Aleisha is amazing! I am vegan and when I come up to the window I can always hear her making sure my food is correct with her employees. I really appreciate the extra effort she puts in to make sure her customers are happy. All the staff there seem to always be in a good mood and it makes getting my lunch there a very pleasant experience . Thanks guys your awesome! Only taco bell, that I eat casadias from they make them best here at least for the past few years. Cinabuns circles are also amazing here. This review is overdue. To me this Taco Bell is the best in NEPA, hands down and I’ve been to many many ones here and in other states. Food is always good, orders are always right, place is always clean but for me is its staff. From management down they are always welcoming, greeted with a hello and a smile. The interaction they have with their customers make shopping here very enjoyable. One of the reasons why I rather go inside than use the drive thru. Excellent over all and my family and I will gladly be coming to this establishment for our Taco Bell Cravings! I use to do drive thru breakfast 3 years ago or so, and enjoyed it enough to return often. Post pandemic I entered the restaurant on foot, and was surprisingly excited to see kiosks and an open welcoming place. So I ordered off the giant touch screen and tapped my Cash App card. Four minutes later "Matt, order ..." and about the simplest, relaxed order is complete. Will return often as the restaurant is very clean and taken care of. The to-go rack near door is perfect. Great remodel here, keep this caring crew, and many more will return. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The staff yesterday mid morning were rude. Its fast food, so whatever. But the fact that they got the order wrong. The chicken quesadilla, was empty forb2 of the 3 sections, only chiken in 1 of the 3 cut sections. The cheesy gordita crunch didnt come with the quac I ordered, and they didnt melt the cheese so when I went to open the wrapper to eat it. IT SPILLED ALL OVER! We spent $50.00 on this food to be disappointed. No one inside, no one in front of us and no one behind us. Its frustrating! 2 of the shells were crushed, but at least they had something in them. Well something more than barely anything at least. Still not enough. This one was 100% in tact... but with pretty much nothing in it. Sometimes the tacos are so full they burst. Most of the time they contain what I consider a normal amount. This.... I wouldn't pay 25 cents for this little meat, cheese, and lettuce. Yes, they were busy, but I'd rather wait another 5 minutes to get my food made the right way. This is just stealing peoples money.
