This is not once, or even TWICE, but the third time I’ve had an issue with this store. I sat in the lobby for about 10 minutes and nobody even looked around the corner to see if I needed anything. Then when I finally spoke up and mentioned what I was there for, the manager whipped around the corner with the nastiest attitude that I’ve ever experienced with customer service and told me, “You see how long the line is, if you’ve been waiting you should’ve spoke up!” Then asked me to leave the store on the grounds of “Because I don’t want you and I said so. Leave or I’ll call the cops.” I am always nice and polite with anyone I encounter, albeit slightly assertive at times because sometimes it’s necessary to speak up. I have NEVER had an issue at any store in my life and I never write bad reviews but this was such a terrible experience that I felt compelled to. The manager had an attitude from HELL working in customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone smh.

Definite improvement over whan they were a combined Taco Bell/KFC. Food was pretty good and didn't have to wait forever to get it like before. Will return.
