Went to this location twice over the course of about 2 months . Both times they asked if I could wait a minute in the drive through and then never came back. Been to this Taco Bell before and haven’t had an issue, since I order online and usually makes less communication error. Ordered chalupas without sour cream, tomato and three cheese. Everyone had them prepared wrong, wasn’t busy when we came through, seemed to be plenty of staff, so no idea why this made wrong… no excuse for not understanding this since I ordered through the app and double checked the details. There are some exceptional people that work there but the other half are horrible!!!! Don't know how to make a f in taco simple taco at that and to pay. 60 cent for barely any sour cream it's just a horrible place and they need to learn how to train the people who work there better!!!!!!!!
