They take forever to make a order and when they make it wrong after waiting 45 minutes and you bring it back they still won't refund the money. Terrible management and lazy employees. I don't know what was wrong with "ZAMARIYA B." tonight 2/25/24, but "ZAMARIYA B." attitude was not needed "AT ALL". People like "ZAMARIYA B." is the reason drama & fight brakes out at restaurants. This is bad customer service and this looks bad on management for having "ZAMARIYA B." at the window knowing she has a attitude problem or she has something personal going on with home or work. "ZAMARIYA B." needs customer service training "BAD"!!!!! At this point I will pay to get her trained. This is sad!
