3/2024 update... Drive thru wait time is still a problem. Food not well made, skimped on everything -- nacho cheese sauce = cup only half full, Cinnabon iced coffee = missing the Cinnabon flavor, taco = so little filling that the contents of single sauce packet was more than the meat, cheese and lettuce combined, Crunchwrap = even paying extra to add rice, it was almost empty and flat as a pancake. If you need to run for the border, run to a different location.

Once again a LONG wait to get thru the drive thru (almost 25 - yes TWENTY FIVE minutes) because only 2 people were working in the restaurant. The guy working the window was also working the register for eat in. He was very nice and apologetic, staffing isn't his fault, it's a management failure. This isn't the first time I've had a horrible wait here. Problem is, the way the drive thru is designed, once you get in the lane, you can't get out, you are stuck!
After the long wait, got home and all the tacos were broken across the bottom making them impossible to pick up and eat.

I counted 6 employees working behind the counter and stood at the moble pick up for 3 minutes. Not one word was said to me In acknowledgment. I had to go into the drive through just to be acknowledged that I was there. Talk about rude. And its black history month. You want respect but think it's a given right not earned.
I can't even explain how great this staff and team is at this taco bell location. The drive thru cashier is amazing every time I visit an the GM Raven is a beautiful and pleasant leader for the team she built. I highly recommend this location to anyone in the area and looking for a fast quick and friendly experience.

Worst Taco Bell around. Pretty sure they overcharged me but I wasn’t given a recipt so I don’t know, and I had to ask them to give me my change. It doesn’t stop there I get my food and it’s missing a whole meal. Pretty sure they were doing sketchy stuff with my card one day when I was there paying too for sure not to be trusted and the food was miserable and soggy. Avoid this at all costs

They always make my order wrong each and every time I place it, i always order the beef chalupa with black beans added to the beef and each and every time they omit the beef. even when I spell it out word for word exactly what I need they still mess it up..and one time they served me rotten tomatoes, the workers here are completely incapable of following basic instructions
