This is the absolute worst Taco Bell we have ever been to. I guess it's a bad area because no napkins no sauces bathrooms are locked. We ordered Doritos locos tacos and we're told they were out of those shells after waiting there. Gave us regular shells but didn't reimburse us the extra money. This is not the first time I've had to wait 30+ minutes in the drive thru line, this time I couldn't go inside cuz there were 6 other vehicles in line. It is absolutly ridiculous to not be ready for 30+ minutes after opening. I've never had an issue with the food but get your damn staff right or get a whole new staff. I worked food for 9 years and this is completely unacceptable. It's fine if it's every once in a while, things happen, but not every gd time. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

For the person missing all 10 of their Mild Sauces: You aren't supposed to even open the bag since you're delivery driver, and if the customer told you they were missing "10 Mild Sauces" it is because they DO cost money and they give out 2 packets per menu item (not sides) (so 3 Bean Burritos would receive 6 Sauce packets) & you cannot just request more, BC they do cost money... nothing is free...so stop trying to argue and give out your little 2 star rating on some greedy customers' behalf like you are doing some sort of justice. Please teach your staff how to make the burritos…. Fresco style does not mean “add sour cream!” I also ordered a rice and bean burrito, but didn’t get the rice. When someone says, “no cheese”, don’t replace the nacho cheese sauce with shredded cheese. Finally, put the sauce in the bag please!! Stay for the food, pay for the toilet visit. As you’re engulfing your crunch wrap and watching that terrible show, you’re thinking about how you didn’t stock up on toilet paper, and how much trouble you’re in. You wake up the next morning with a pregnant stomach of beans and burrito and they’re ready to fly to the bowl of wonders and be set free by the gates of glory. I have gone through the drive thru at this location a handful of times. Today I decided to walk in and from the start it was not good. I walked in to the entire place smelling like sweat, dirt, and just straight up poop. Trash was all over the floor in front of the counter and behind where the rail people make the food. My partner and I got physically sick from this, I was going to say this to them so that they can be aware in case they have become nose blind to the smell but they already looked like they didn't like their job and wasn't very interested in being talked to. I unfortunately will not come back here because of it. If I had seen this before I would've stopped a while back. Thank you. Meal type Other Price per person $1–10

☆ Uber Eats Order ☆ I was unfortunately missing all 10 of the mild sauces I requested, missing the extra beef and extra cheese I requested on the tacos and was given extra lettuce, extra tomatoes and sour cream on the taco which I did not request at all. My food items besides the burrito I had in the cravings box were not as warm as I would have preferred. I also ordered a Medium Baja Blast and they gave me a regular Mountain Dew and didn't even consult with my UBER driver to see if that was okay or not. Not good customer service. I also was not given a straw for my beverage either. To add, I did request two sides of sour cream for my burrito and the amount of sour cream compared to the container it was in was less than enough and didn't make much sense to me. I did end up getting a refund via UBER, however, I was very disappointed in the service I received from this location tonight.
