Why are you charging your customers 3% to bring the food to their table? I am very generous with my tips and the food is now overpriced .. so now you’re gonna charge more just to bring us our food? Are y’all losing it? Please answer management

The food is under seasoned and the textures were off putting. The pinto beans tastes like canned beans and zero seasoning not even salt. The country fried "steak" was terrible honestly. The lack of flavor overwhelming. Ohhh don't get me started on the "gravy" literally nothing on the plate has seasoning involved. If it did have seasoning it was too salty and only salt. I've had better country fried "steak" from the average bowling alley. Though, the service and atmosphere was amazing. I recommend going there for only the purpose of having fun and square dancing with the family. I recommend bringing your own container of seasoning ;). The food was overcooked. We weren't asked when we placed food order, if we wanted desert. After the meal I asked about desert. Asked for chocolate cake, was told they were out. Felt like waitress didn't want to bother, she had already brought receipts & didn't want to re do them. The worst thing was I had 2 family members in motorized wheelchairs. They were unable to use bathrooms facilities due to the bathroom door opening out instead or opening in. We would like to go again, if they can get restrooms up to codes for wheelchairs.
