My family and I have been customers for a few years and have nothing to say about the food and service... But today ( 14/02/2024) I wasn't satisfied when I saw on my expense receipt that 2 feestdagen dinners were debited, today being Wednesday, therefore a normal day of the week and not feestdagen where they should charge 2 normal dinners of €31 per person as is normal from Monday to Wednesday and from Thursday to Sunday and feestdagen which are €32.50. I asked an employee why they charged €32.50 when Wednesday was a normal day of the week and he replied with a laugh that it was because it was Valentine's Day. Attention, note that it's not because I paid the €32.50, but rather for the abuse and without prior notice forcing them to pay this amount. If that was the case, they had to warn customers when they advertised for Valentine's Day. Employees need to be taught how to deal with customers. Lekker gegeten, eigenaar was niet zo vriendelijk maar wellicht gestresst door drukte? Een druk en klein restaurant dus geen aanrader met (kleine) kinderen. Eten was lekker, sushi jammer genoeg heel droog. Overall kwalitatief wel achteruit gegaan met de jaren vind ik. Wellicht doordat het altijd vol zit, geen idee. Helaas niet meer wat het geweest is. Wij waren al een tijdje niet meer geweest. Het eten was voorheen altijd smaakvol, maar deze keer waren de warme gerechten niet echt smaakvol, veel dezelfde saus die gebruikt werd voor verschillende gerechten. Prima zaak, we waren hier om 14.00 toen het nog heel rustig was. Alles werd vers bereid en de kwaliteit van de gebruikte producten was top in orde.
