Usually I’m satisfied with Supreme but this time was just ridiculous. I don’t even usually post reviews but I just wanted to let everyone know how rude the owner was. I called and ordered a slice and I literally heard the employee ask someone if they were doing slices and they said yes. I guess there must have been something wrong with the slice so the owner said “I don’t want anyone in here that’s ordering slices.” Then he kept trying to tell the other owner different excuses to give me as to why the slice was messed up. All while he was in the back and thought we couldn’t hear but the whole store heard. Just so he could stop wasting his breathe I said he knows we can hear him right. It was very rude and unprofessional and it’s not my fault that the employees weren’t communicating correctly. I’m not sure if I even want to come back because I always enjoy buying pizzas from here but when I decide to get a slice it’s not good enough, you would think business is appreciated but apparently not. This review is not because of the quality of the food, it’s because of the poor customer service.

I've been going here since I was a kid and the food has always been absolutely amazing. They make my favorite grinders of all time, especially the chicken cutlet, and obviously the pizza is delicious. That being said, what really makes Supreme one of the best spots to get food, is their customer service and attention to detail. By far, one of my favorite food spots!
