I went here today and paid with my card. I walked out and a couple minutes later one of the ladies was knocking on my car window saying their internet messed up so their system didn’t take my payment. I told them it went through and it even asked me if I wanted a receipt (which I had clicked no). They had me check my bank and since it had only been a few minutes the charges weren’t showing. I went back in and paid again and now both charges are showing on my bank statement. I called them and let them know they charged me twice and they hung up on me the first time and the second time I called they said they were too busy with customers to figure it out and I should just drive back to them to get my money when I had already started work for the day. Their donuts are fine but the customer service is really bad. I don’t think I’ll be back. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I’ve been going to this donut shop since the 90s and it has never disappointed. Best donuts in town, hands down. When I come to visit from the east coast, I always make sure to stop here. Service Dine in Price per person $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We just moved to Suisun City in April and this was my first visit and I am VERY satisfied! The apple fritter tastes like I just came from Apple Hill and my ham, egg and cheese croissant was perfect! I LOVE this place and will be back!
