Came across this bakery by chance, and it was one of my favorite parts of visiting OR. This is the most unique bakery I’ve ever been to, and chatting with Bill was an absolute pleasure. Not only did we buy some delicious vegan cinnamon rolls, we walked away with some prints of Bill’s art, which is displayed all over the shop. A total hidden gem :)

The second you open the door to this bakery you are splashed with warmth from the ovens and your senses are put into overdrive! This is a bakery like no other where you are standing with the bread artisan as he practices his craft. The breads are just as pleasing to enjoy as your nose has been telling you since stepping inside. The bakery is only open on Sunday and is a perfect stop after hiking or wine tasting. You must experience this place the next Sunday you pass through Philomath.

Best sourdough bread I have ever eaten. Organic and created by a bread artisan. He enjoys his craft, which enriches the experience of sharing and enjoying his bread.
