Worse ever, would give a zero if could. Butchered our order and I was told they'd refund. By two different people. Then they decided because I didn't open sandwiches in drive thru to check them they're not refunding. They would not state their names or any managers names. One girl who finally said she was Mary after not giving me her name for ten minutes through me for a loop when I said I need your supervisor to call me, she said I only have a manager. She did not know they were the same. I explained it to her. Amazing! They are all argumentative and need to be supervised at all times by a manager who is serious about their job. The manager had to come in she was enjoying her weekend. She called me and tried to issue refund and when she didn't know how is when she said she's not issuing due to me not checking the order in drive thru her name is Janessa, she did state her name when she called but would not give me her managers name the one who she called and the one who told them not to refund me after they said they would. Horrible customer service. BUYER BEWARE THIS PLACE IS A SWAMP. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
