rude! they don’t even greet you with a smile and they don’t even know the menu… i ordered one of those on the menu and he keeps asking me if i want that or that … its a premade menu so it means i want everything on it! i just went there for a to go order and coz they are kinda rude decided not to give a tip… and yep the 2 people like told me “she’s stingy” in front of my face after paying for the order! don’t expect a tip if your service is not good in the first place and it is optional! first bad experience on a subway…. Service has dramatically improved. I like the lemonaid and agua fresca. Edit: 1-23-24 was informed this is discontinued, therefore so will my frequent patronage.

I do curbside alot so I don't have to get kids out of the car. Huge problem with missing items and getting ahold of someone in the store is impossible. They don't answer the phone even if it's a ghost town inside. Paying $30-$40 for sandwiches and not getting my complete order is very upsetting.
