The staff doesn’t watch what they doing when making sandwiches,EveryTime I ordered my sandwich I always find some red Onions when I don’t even get red Onions on my food. I can’t eat onions and on top of that I’m pregnant. I throw up my food and have to take some Benadryl so I don’t have a reaction!!!!It’s a waste of money!!! This subway location does the dumbest things I ordered from the mobile app came in gave my name even showed the receipt from my phone The guy didn't have my sandwich ready also called my phone while I'm standing there waiting saying that they don't make the sandwiches until you get there and they call you when you're in there because of fraud I've never heard of such a thing I have used the mobile app at several subways you order your sandwich when its ready you pick it up you leave but not at this place they actually called my phone while I'm standing there in front of the guy I will never be going back there and I don't recommend them to anyone else I mean who commits fraud for a damn Subway sandwich if that location is experiencing fraud that much and that bad then they should close down. MELONIE was an awesome sandwich artist today ! Food is delicious, bread was deff fresh and she got me to make it a meal with cookies that she warmed up for me . I’m sure she was a manager tho

Eat it atleast 5 times per week. This location sets the bar. Go see Katie and you'll forget all about Potbelly.

If I could give this location 0 stars, I would. The manage is absolutely awful. I ordered delivery through the app, which means I have no insight or control over the delivery driver until I am assigned one and sent an email. I never received my food and the order is still pending in the app. The manager basically told me to figure it out myself.

The night shift manager is awesome. She's tired. She's very tired but makes it work. All the call offs here at this location is bogus. She shouldn't be the only manager there working !!!. The owner is bogus for allowing this to happen and by not making changes ASAP. This young lady is prompt, professional , and still fast even with the call off handicaps. If youre visiting this location and it's a lil slow. . its not her fault !!!
