Made an online order to pick up in store. Ordered 6 12’ subs drove to store on East Main st. Which is my location pick up since I live close. Got home and 3 of the meatball subs I ordered had burnt meatballs. I call the store since the app gives you no option to review your order. The women who answered the phone was rude and kept saying I had to of got my order from another store I assured her I did not even explained that there was an interview going on when I had walked in to pick up my food she was nasty and said no then that was not this store don’t know why she was lying worst costumer service ever! I have recipes and my online app that shows time and day and the store location how much more proof can you have!
