Great friendly staff. I’ve been helped by Tyler lukus and Thomas. They always seem happy and ready to work. Atmosphere three star because often they don’t accept coupons or honor online offers often. The app only accepts orders for this location and Maineville during certain hours. It’s not the employees fault it’s the area manager who makes these decisions and bathrooms could use a cleaning. The sandwiches are always ready and made to liking. Greeted with a smile and good small talk. While this subway is usually slow because there is only ever one person working, the guy today was fast getting our pretzel and even paid for it when our first card declined even after I was ready to use my other card. This place is just filthy! Its embarrassing! Why is there a metal "hood" I wanna see fresh meats! It's probably as messy and terribly unappealing as the veggies, be my guess. Honestly the tea and lemonade dispensers are so nasty looking I can't figure out how they get away with it!?!? The cabinets under the fountain drinks are so covered in grime its appalling. The register area is covered in ancient old dirt. The glass between the worker and customer that' the food sits behind is so dirty its mind blowing. What is going on and how do these people pass the evaluation because the nastiness is by far out of line!! Not to mention the dry atmosphere is shamefully unwelcoming. Just wow!! Recently all subways replaced the clear shield with a metal one, making it to where you can no longer see the meats. Due to this we will no longer be eating Subway. This is very unfortunate but if we can't see it, we don't trust it.

Could the employees be anymore slower. Waited 10 minutes before I was waited on, which should have been a pickup. Not to mention it wasn’t even started until 10 minutes after arriving to pick it up. Very poor customer service! Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
