Just had the worst experience at this Subway location.
Today we ordered online because there was an online only BOGO on footlong subs. We would have just gone in to the store to order if this deal wasn't going on, and it's a shame we didn't.
We ordered 3 footlongs, one of them was a meal, and 6 cookies. When you make it into the value meal, it comes with a drink and chips. On the app, it gives you the choice of small 20z fountain drink- diet coke, coke, sprite, and lemonade. Then below that, there are a few bottled drink options. I selected the 20z fountain drink/ coke (even though I would have chosen a Dr Pepper at the actual store) and baked classic Lay's.
So my brother went in to pick the order up around 2:20. The employee gave us regular classic Lay's in the bag, instead of baked Lay's, and refused to give him the 20oz fountain drink cup and made him grab a bottled coke out of the fridge.
We ordered 6 cookies on the app- 2 raspberry cheesecake, 2 chocolate chip, and 2 white chip macadamia nut. What we got was 2 raspberry cheesecake, 2 macadamia nut, and 2 double chocolate cookies.
We ordered the #2 The Outlaw sub, which is basically the #1 with chipotle sauce, and the sub came with hardly any sauce at all. All 3 sandwiches barely had any meat on them and all were supposed go be toasted; we had to toast them more when we got home because they barely toasted them.
The app itself is annoying and doesn't give you all of the options for toppings. And the biggest kicker is that when you order online, you pay in advance on the app which means you have to tip in advance. We chose a $4.68 tip (it was the amount recommended on the app) for this lowsy service and food that was not worth paying $42 for.

A one star review as a reminder to treat your customers kindly. Example, customer walks into your store but didn't park in the correct spot. A good response would be "hello sir, you may not have realized do to our small parking lot but you are blocking one of the handicapped spots. Could you move vehicle real quick and then I will be happy to help you at the counter?" Then the customers response might have been "Oops, I didn't realize that. When I was pulling in I was distracted by the dancing panhandler with the five dogs outside your store and my only focus was on avoiding him. I'll just grab my pickup order quick here and be out of your way".
That would of been a pleasant interaction rather than being abrasive right from the start which only makes you an easily unlikeable person to your customer.

Nice food and pretty good customer service! Just next door to a couple gas stations, so we stopped by for some lunch.
