Saturday Night staff needs retrained on wraps. Everytime I get a blt wrap the bacon is burnt. They also don’t understand the wrap gets double bacon. They always rip me off on the bacon. So I decided to pay for extra and of course didn’t receive that either. This has happened multiple times or I would be writing this. Please fix this issue! Food: 1

Place an order so that it would be ready as evening time is getting late and show up to get it, they ask you have a call in I said yes and they tell me to go to the register. The girl started to look for it and couldn't find it. Asked the other employees if they seen it one said no the other one that said yes she gave it away and started laughing about it and thought it was hilarious. Couldn't give me an answer as to why they would give my order away. Not to mention she doesn't look like she belongs there. So now I have to wait for them to remake the entire order, not even a hey here's 5 bucks off for our mishandling of your order. I get home and these meals were not even worth half of what we paid.
