Inconsistent service mainly due I believe to staff being overworked. I came in on a Saturday afternoon…ordered three footlong sandwiches…as the sandwich maker was making mine, seven online orders came in, and there were seven people behind me in line for 1 person behind the counter. Many people in line were mad as well as people that came in for their online order. I would recommend ordering meals on non-peak times. The employee was doing the best he could, but could not keep up with the volume of orders. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

I went in to pick up an order, and it took me over 45 minutes to receive it. When I did get my order, the staff complained about owners not providing enough staff despite multiple attempts to get another team member. Additionally, they ran out of bread and was told I had to wait 30-45min for a new batch to bake if I wanted a sandwich. I love Subway, and the staff member was calm in consideration of the situation, but it's sad to see people overworked and underpaid, and then complaining to customers about it.
