It’s really jumping down at the Hampden subway today! Poor girl at the counter Cassie is by herself doing everything. She’s doing a great job. Church just let out, there’s a tournament going on and it’s lunchtime! Great little place. This place is small but the employees seem to work hard and get everyone taken care of as fast as possible. Very nice people. The food is standard for Subway, no surprises, other then there is no longer gluten free bread. The parking lot is small and can be hard to get in and out of as it close to an intersection. The ordering area is also small, three people in a row is about all you can fit in a line before you are forced to wait outside or in the way. The WORST! Never had such awful service in all my life! On top of NOT getting ANYTHING for an order I paid for, the employees chose to blame and confront me for their lack of performance, and even told me to deal with their business partner to handle my own issues. Been trying to speak to a manager for over a MONTH, and at this point, would like to meet the owner. Price per person $20–30
