When I got home, my bread was tough on the edges and soggy on the rest. I thought it was going to be fresh sliced meat but it was already sorted and portioned like before. No substitutions whatsoever. Everything seemed the same as before all the new advertising, I don't understand the fresh sliced signs. I love this location! I come once a week and most of the women that work know exactly what I get. Nothing better than to walk in and they make the usual for me and I get to talk wt them about their weeks!! Food and fellowship is why I keep coming back! Orders from door dash. Receipt was exactly the way we ordered our 2 sandwiches. We opened our sandwiches, the breads were on the wrong sandwiches and our dressings were switched, so we had to drive all the way to the subway on country club to get it fixed correctly after paying the fees to have it delivered. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but we think this place might’ve gave us acute food poisoning!🤮… We ordered online on the app and they got our order wrong. Luckily we noticed before we left the parking lot! Was supposed to be 2 foot longs but instead they gave us 1 six inch and 1 footlong. We went back in and got it corrected. (It was on the receipt clearly, 2 foot longs.) Also the sandwiches were an absolute MESS when we opened them up!🙃 I don’t know who made them but it looked like the whole bottle of Mayo was poured on the sandwiches. I had to take napkins and wipe off allot of excess mayonnaise. But for sure the worst part is how sick we’ve been feeling since eating there yesterday afternoon. (Visit on 10/29/22.) You can see on the bag pictured our order receipt and inside the bag is 1 footlong (right) 6 inch (left) Pictured before we had to go back inside to get it corrected. Will not be coming back to this location! Which is highly disappointing considering that subway is a favorite of ours and we’ve been traveling to El Reno a bit lately. Hope this location gets cleaned up a bit!

ordered online. i got a bmt instead of a blt. my boyfriends sandwich was separated in to brown bags, when they had more to wrap sandwiches in went i went back up there to get my sandwich fixed. workers seemed like they didn’t want to be there. The outside of the store looks run down and the drive through isn’t operational. I was a bit nervous and left after seeing that because it made me think “Oh gosh the inside is probably horrible”. Against my conscience I went in and I am glad I did. The inside was super clean, including where the food was kept. Most subways have dirty counters food items all mixed etc… Not this one. Very well maintained, if the outside reflected the inside there would be way more customers.
