I bought sandwiches last night and the ingredients were literally missing!!! I asked for a little bit of vinegar and it was poured of vinegar, I was at home when tasted and NO WAY to communicate with the store staff. Luquillo subway used to be one of the best ones, what’s going on?

I don't think the bread was cooked long enough. It was a bit doughy and the lettuce was not fresh. Hard to mess up an Italian BMT but they did.

The phone number is out of service, last 3 times is been not a good experience with the food, the sandwich that I bought was literally only bread, not fair amount of ingredients, today I order cereal and it was bad, I try to call to let them know and later return it because I'm at work and there is no way to contact the restaurant. Let's see what happens when I go later today, I can't let this one pass cause it's been few times before in this same restaurant that I loose money, but never claimed. I finally learn the lesson, and will be last time. The employee have a good actitud but not a good service, quality.

Bread was hard and stall, ends, top and bottom hard. Even the inside was hard. Completely uneatable. The staff was nice but since he service me stall bread I'm giving 1 star. Worse subway ever.

Awful place - My observations over the last months: Lettuce always wilted and turning brown. The rest of the veggies slimy. Card transactions never working. Run down interior sad and devoid of pride. I love Subway in general, but skip this location and save yourself the disappointment.
Went here on multiple times for subs and pasta. Employees over here are really very nice and sweet. They made great subs and did not just throw stuff in bread.
