There is no service at this location. Two out of my last three orders were made with part of the ingredients missing. If they run out of something they just don't put it on and to top it off they don't tell you when you go in to pick it up! When I ask who the owner was they said they didn't know. I asked who signs your checks? They Do not care about what they're doing. They treat their customers horribly! They will never get my business again. I hope the owner sees this. I would love to speak with them about the way I was treated. Also, the lettuce which they left off my veggie sandwich I had to drive all the way back there to get. Was old and in an unclean container. The bar was unclean. It was unclean around the entire sandwich making area. Not caring about your customers is no way to run a business. I was there on 1/19/24. There was a line of customers and only one person working, Ryan, this young man did the best that he could do. I wasn't upset at the wait, I was more upset that subway let him work by himself on the weekend. Ryan made my 3 sandwiches just the way that I ordered them. This location continues to fail on a regular basis. I guess it is on me for going back, I just figure that they eventually would get their stuff together. If I place an online order can you please actually read the order? Ordered 4 sandwiches and out of the 4 only 1 was right.
