every time I get a drink with espresso in it I get grounds in the bottom of the cup. the staff are arrogant and dismissive. I would not recommend going to this coffee shop. Service Take out Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

This place is kept at such frigid temperatures it’s completely unpleasant to hang out or work there. The employees would rather hang out in the back talking then be available or actually listen to what customers ask for. I paid $12+ dollars for a bagel and a hot latte and the bagel came out but after waiting 10-15 minutes the latte was still not done. I went back up to the counter and asked if it the (hot) chocolate covered strawberry latte was going to be ready soon and one of the girls said she’d make it. A few minutes later she put the drink (ICED) on the counter for me to pick up. If I’m going to freeze my fingers off in your coffee shop, can you at least make the hot drink I ordered? We’ll never know cause I packed my bag and left. No plans to return.
