Had a wonderful meal here. Food was of the highest quality and the wine was great as well. Service excellent and owners were very friendly and gracious hosts. A thoroughly enjoyable experience. De Vegas à Independence, la transition décoiffe. Se retrouver dans ce restaurant où tout respire la sincérité, l'altruisme et la volonté de bien faire vous mets une claque. Tout les ingrédients sont réunis pour que l'alchimie fonctionne. C'est d'abord très très bon, grace à une carte et une cuisine maison a multiples infuences, l'accueil est chaleureux, l'ambiance est familiale. Bref on se sent bien dès les premières secondes. La richesse qu'apporte le mélange culturel lié à l'histoire des propriétaires de ce restaurant se ressent à tous les niveaux et pas simplement dans l'assiette. Fresh, thoughtfully handmade food and served in a warm, inviting space by warm, inviting people. We had wonderful salads and soups for lunch there.
