Came here after visiting another Starbucks that looked like we were bothering them with their lobby closed and a drive-through around the corner. These guys, on the other hand, we're great! We came in 30min till close on Christmas Eve, and they were awesome. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Ordered delivery for a peppermint white chocolate mocha -- a drink that's supposed to be HOT -- and received an iced mocha instead. The drink had the proper label on it for what SHOULD have been my order, so this was clearly the fault of the person making or labeling the drinks, not the driver. It's not the first time I've had a similar issue, either; I've received an iced coffee instead of a frappuccino, and once a frappuccino instead of a hot drink. Your employees SERIOUSLY need to pay more attention to the orders they receive. I've had issues with missing whipped cream and toppings as well, but receiving the entirely wrong drink -- and not even the wrong person's order -- is by far the most egregious. Also the iced coffee just tastes like water and is extremely disappointing. Do better. Service Delivery Food: 2 Service: 2

I found it typical of other Starbucks. I typically have it delivered through DoorDash. Always well packed. My order is as I ordered it. No issues. The food is good but not spectacular. Of course I am extremely picky. For the money a great bargain. So no complaints. I often get the chocolate croissant which is actually quite good. The lunch sandwich’s are ok. Service is hit or miss, especially how long it takes to get your order. I look forward to seeing the blue eyed guy with long hair who works the drive thru window. He's always nice and seems happy. It's a nice change from being used to people always seeming to hate life and doesn't care if it shows. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

The woman working at the drive thru on 9/24/23 at 3:40pm was so unbelievably and unnecessarily RUDE. I have never had a bad experience here until today. She made the drink we ordered wrong and got visibly upset when we kindly asked her if it could please be iced. Someone definitely needs to check this person - she clearly cannot handle what she's doing. I genuinely hope she sees this and changes her ugly attitude. Price per person $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 1

I usually wait weeks to leave reviews, and I guess I technically have because I’ve been coming here for a few weeks (mmm..ok 3 months) and my orders are consistent. The way I choose what location to go to, is first, their reaction to my account name (they love it, makes them chuckle, even had one say “it made my day”) & second, the way my order is never wrong because maybe they don’t want to see the [name] in play, especially not right after opening. The only time I’ve had a mishap at this location (ok, I had one prior with ordering ahead, getting there and door was locked, forcing me to wait in drive-thru line tragedy forever) was this morning when I got way more ice than I normally do, but it was also because I ordered a new drink that I’ve never ordered before. There was so much ice, it almost reached the bottom. I sat in my car and removed it with a travel fork I have (I keep travel items in my vehicle because I drive cross country a lot) and after scooping most out, I knew what I had was not going to get me through the day. So I debated a few min on going back or not, but decided to go ahead and say something and I’m glad I did, because I not only got to keep what was left of my original drink, but they made me a whole other drink with light ice and put it in a bigger cup, so that I could pour my OG drink into that bigger cup. I am just so appreciative of the workers this morning, and the rest of them who make my orders. I literally live 0.3 miles from another location, but drive 10 min to get to this one because at the other one, they just aren’t as pleasant and take foreverrrrr. Edit September 2020. I've come here twice recently and they don't answer at the drive-thru even though they are open. wth? previously, The customer service is always fantastic. And they are very fast. I expect a lot from this mega chain. At one point they kept running out of coconut milk. Also, their prices seem to be steadily increasing. A medium Americano cost more than $3. Even a simple small coffee is going to set you back More than any other place anywhere around here. But I use the drive-thru frequently because the coffee drinks are good and consistent and the personnel always brighten my day a little bit :-)
