Unfortunately this store has deteriorated to the point that it's unbearable to visit. Multiple calls and emails to Starbucks corporate are met with a link to complete a survey online and a chatbot responds (see other low reviews). The Lobby is dirty, seats are occupied by what the staff refer to internally as "travelers". You are met with the smell of human waste when you first walk in, not coffee. Avoid this Starbucks location at all costs. **Update - Feb 22, 2024** Came back in out of need (child asking) Five months with Zero action. Greeted by a homeless man asking for money. Same cast/crew still hanging out in the lobby. Guess Starbucks is ok with this. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
