They have a ton of Tesla and non-Tesla chargers here. They also have a nice large patch of grass for dogs. Service was quick. I would definitely stop here again on my way across the state. The wifi works well and there were several people using it to catch meetings. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Stopped through on a 6 hr drive for a pick me up. The guy at the window was warm and welcoming. This was good after the extremely fast talking lady that took my order. She seemed impatient or frustrated like I was bothering her. If not for the guy at the window I would have take off at least one star. It's Carmel Brule latte season... Forgot to order plain water no ice with my drinks. The girl at the bar had me stand in line again after receiving all my drinks because she could not get me water without ordering at the register. Petty and ridiculous. That is not customer service. So I stood there again.

Title: Unprofessional Supervisor Rating: ⭐ Customer Service Supervisor "not the entire staff not the products" My recent experience at this Starbucks this morning left me greatly disappointed due to the unprofessionalism & rudeness displayed by the Supervisor Melanie. Melanie continously fails to uphold the Starbucks experience. She is rude, does not care to hand the items over carefully & when asking for napkins it's a foul look you will receive. The drive-through wasn't busy. Starbucks is known for its exceptional customer experience, & my recent encounter fell far short of this. Usually a great staff, 10 years visiting this location. Staff gave attitude. 4 of us ordered oatmeal, and each of us got different add-ons. I had nothing except oatmeal; no sugar or nothing. My friends some had nuts, some had blueberry, some had sugar.
