The low rating is because when I brought my Starbucks travel mug in, they still used a throwaway cup to make my drink. I cannot stress enough that the only reason I spend more $$ at Starbucks rather than going to Dunkin is because you say you won't do that to me. This is my FAVORITE Starbucks to visit. Everyone is always extremely friendly, the dining area is clean, there's plenty of room to move around freely, and every drink I've ever had from here has been made perfectly every single time. My ONLY complaint is the drive thru wait time. I only order ahead and pick up inside because sometimes the wait exceeds 25 min in the drive thru.
