The recipe for success of Starbucks is its good breakfast sandwiches. A number of guests think that bagels here are tasty. A collection of delicious bitter is provided to visitors. You will appreciate great iced latte, white chocolate mocha or caramel macchiato at this place. The great location of this spot makes it easy to reach even in rush hours. The hospitable staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. From the guests' point of view, the real drawback is average prices. The charming atmosphere is to be found here. But many clients who use Google didn't give Starbucks a high rating.

Been to this location a million times. Today was different. Ordered through the app. Ordered was ready at 10:26 am 3/5/2024. Went thru drive thru said my order was being prepped after receiving a notification that it was already ready. There were 5 cars in front of me. When I got to the window they tried to give me someone else’s order. I had to say my name two times. Then two people started arguing whose fault it was that my order wasn’t on the counter. They had to redo my order and I didn’t get out of the drive thru until 10:45 am. There was a huge disconnect with the staff today. Hopefully it was just a day and this isn’t the new normal. Great location, and really nice vibes if you have to sit and work in the cafe but the service is extremely slow. The staff is very friendly though which makes the wait time not so bad but don’t expect to get your beverages in a hurry before work. They messed up my drink order, then after I told them that it was messed up baristas had an attitude. The barista opened up the lid and put her nose to it and said it was the right drink and tried to hand it back to me. After I refused that drink to the same drink and asked for a new one, they purposely put 2% milk in my drink knowing I was lactose intolerant. Good coffee, fast service, and a nice place to study. If you’re looking to get work done, they have lots of plug in’s and comfortable places to sit. Whether you’re meeting up for coffee or picking up some Java for yourself, this location has friendly staff that will make your visit a good one. Similar to most Starbucks in terms of service and products. But if you are not used to it (people visiting for the first time in the hotels nearby mainly) be very careful in the morning. It may not look like (it may be empty inside) but it will have a lot of mobile or drive through orders. And you may have to wait too much. I will never reduce my rating for this Starbucks. Yes it is usually always packed BUT they have the BEST service here. Everyone is friendly and caring. By far Mt favorite one to go to still. Yesterday a friend of mine brought me the White Mocha Frappe because they accidentally made an extra one *I won't complain* and it is delicious. I got another one this morning. They were a little backed up, about a 20 minute wait. Didn't mind one bit. They were professional, atmosphere was relaxing and everyone was motivated to provide the best service. Even compensated everyone who waited a $4 gift card for future purchase. Coffee was made to perfection!! 10 out of 10. Definitely will stop on my way back from vacation. Recommend to all travelers. This location has fallen so far on its customer service a d cleanliness. Opens late often, and the staff treats you like it is your privilege to be in their presence. I use to praise this location for making everyone feel welcome now I condemn this place. Someone at their corporate level really needs to fix this place. They have made me a fan of no longer being a customer. I have been coming here since this location opend 4 or 5 years ago. I was pretty much a daily customer, I have been cutting back due to service and now I am done. The pictures attached are shortly after the opened 30 minutes late. This is how bad it looks first thing in the morning.
