I go to order a "half cold brew, half hot coffee". I don't like hot or cold coffee, so it's the perfect temp. Every other location I've been to in multiple states understands the order. This place says they can't ring it up. They can't ring up a basic order of coffee. With all of the crazy custom drinks people order, you can ring up half hot coffee half cold brew? GTFO, you just don't want to make my drink. Service: 1
