Worst place, 03/03/ at 6, the service was horrible, I asked to make a drink on drive thru they charged it and didn’t make it, I walked in for it, I paid it and they were talking and insulting, they throw my drink in the counter. Sat in line in the drive through trapped for 40 minutes due to mobile orders. The manager should really implement walk in service only for mobile orders. On other occasions, (using the mobile app) walking in to pick up my order, only to find it's not ready when I receive a text stating it is. I can never get enough of Starbucks. Maybe it's because I was a Barista years ago, and it was one of my favorite jobs ever, or maybe it is because they actually make your coffee anyway you want it made. Sure, you're going to pay for the upgrades, but that's business, you wouldn't go to a custom dress shop and expect free hand beadwork done for free, well maybe some people would... But chances are the average person knows you pay for the extras. My husband is a Dunkin coffee drinker. Several times in the early years of our marriage I tried to order my coffee there, just asked politely for a different milk, I didn't mind paying extra. But I had a few employees there (at Dunkin) tell me they couldn't do it. I even had one older lady yelling at me telling me that this particular milk would curdle, and I would just want to return the beverage! She then proceeded to scream at me for asking for my coffee with a milk substitute. I had enough of this at this point, Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
