Kids trying to figure out how to make coffee. They have never been trained or even teach how to do coffee, how to warm up milk!! On top they have very bad attitude. But it wasn’t enough… they were incapable to make a simple coffee order. They offer me refund. No one knew how to refund to my card. They couldn’t refund me. Then “Jordan, one of the person working In there” came to insult me!!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

As my girlfriend and I were traveling, we stopped here for a cup regular coffee. After a 10 minute wait, we walked out. I have been to Starbucks in 14 states and 3 Canadian provinces and not once until 2/24/24 was just a cup of black coffee not poured by the cashier. Upon asking twice about our coffee the staff just said all drinks are filled in the order placed with an emphasis on mobile and drive thru orders. This is just one more reason that I, myself, won't patronize Starbucks. So to all you haters, it was just 2 cups of black coffee.

I buy lots of Starbucks cups from them almost Everytime I go when they have new cups this time the girl with the bull ring hanging outta her nose keeps calling me up about the size of my pink drink and asking me because I didn't take off the sticker on the bottom of It if I washed it like well duh I brought from home then continued to keep asking me about the pink drink about the size now why would I use my personal cup I purchased from u to order the smallest size the guy taking my order for got to put personal I said the large now who's fault is that mine or his and it would just been simple to ask me to pay the extra instead of keep calling me up there basically making seem like I was trying to scam them or something! worse Starbucks around and there slow I won't be purchasing anymore cups from the Shawnee location or ordering from there👎🏽 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Ordered a simple misto with vanilla. Got no vanilla. Ok, no big deal, not gonna worry about it they're busy, mistakes happen, we're all human. But when I went to pay with my card and the older woman at the window sighs loudly and says with a lot of "tone" ugh you don't have the app? Ugh! [Sigh again], ok, give me a minute [rolls eyes] and then proceeds to push a card machine through my car window for me to put my card in sighing the entire time. Ok. Bad day? Busy? But frankly, it's not worth the money or bother of waiting in line that long for subpar product and service for a business that touts their superior quality and service. Listen, we can be real. The wait times suck. But, that’s honestly to be expected with how busy this location is. I order from here nearly everyday. I order ahead on the app, it’s generally ready by the time I get there. The staff are almost always kind, courteous and know me by name. Show a little kindness. They’re just trying to be of service and make a living like the rest of us! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Service was horrible drink was even worse, I could tell by looking at my frap that it wasn't goin to be what I'm use to ordering! And when I tasted it, it taste just like milk! And when I told them I wanted a new drink they argued with me and told me that's what I ordered and what it was supposed to look and taste like! Ummm I'm sorry I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino almost every day I know exactly what it looks and taste like!! Definitely do not recommend going to this location! Service: 1

They didn't fill the cup. As soon as I picked it up I could feel it was way lighter than it should be. Opening up the lid you can see how much is missing. I ordered a chestnut praline latte.
