For reasons I can’t work out, every single coffee I’ve ordered in this location is way way too hot, and way way too bitter, no other location has this problem, never once have they had pike ready either, always needs to brew, with water that makes McDonalds coffee seem cold by comparison. Location is great! Employees are so nice and full of gratitude. But very few aren’t, specifically Joanna. Overheard her fat shaming me, judging me for the drink I ordered. I’ve never been so unwelcome in an environment, I grew up here in Daly City and never in my life have I come upon this occurrence, please have a talk with her.
