I love this location! I always order through the app and my order is always there waiting for me when I walk in. The baristas at this location are really nice, too. The drinks are always great and every time I go it’s just an overall positive experience. I’ll even drive a little farther just to come to this location. This is the worst Starbucks in Desoto county. I’ve patronized all of them yet this location is ALWAYS out of stock and the drinks never taste the same as made at other locations. I drive to the Southaven locations. Getwell and Airways are the best! Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

The baristas here go out of their way to connect and ensure each customer has the best experience. When we pulled up the line was not moving. We sat for 10 minutes without moving an inch. I went inside to order instead. And have now been sitting for 20 minutes without my drinks. People behind me have gotten drinks and I still have not. I will not being coming back to this location. The coffee was good once we finally got it. The service was horrible. The guy taking our order was not listening to us he had a head phone in and not listening to us. I could have understood this if he was busy with the drive through, But no one was there. We had to wait longer than usual for our coffee and then had to get them to make one they left off. (It was only 4 coffees.) The staff was rude and just didn’t want to be help you. Will not be back to this store. Walking into this store was like taking a stroll down the Gaza strip. My order was not taken for what felt like an eternity. Look, Starbucks and it’s exorbitant price hikes are bad enough (and completely greed-based let’s be honest because they throw out truckloads of product on the daily so it’s not like their profit margins are suffering), but at least try to act like you value your customers’ time. Come on y’all! To add insult to injury, when I finally got my order, it was incorrect. I specifically asked for extra pumps of syrup and let me tell you I’ve tasted sweeter tap water than the beverage I was given. The gentleman behind the counter, I believe his name tag read “Booker,” obviously has no idea what he is doing and really shouldn’t be making drinks unsupervised. This guy might need to go back to dish duty and study up on those drink recipes. Looking at my ticket, it’s honestly no wonder why so many of my drinks are made incorrectly at this location - half of the text isn’t even printed out! Maybe put some of those profits towards a new ticket printer and training for your staff. Won’t be coming here again that’s for sure! Starbucks on Goodman, next to Jiffy Lube - it's the one with a nice restaurant area but a non-existent parking lot and people park in the Jiffy Lube lot... the picture makes me think it's a "small box store" 🤪. With all that, they usually make my drink great and are pleasant staff ☕️

Placed a mobile order at this location and they were very busy so my pickup was delayed. They also ran out of venti cups so the venti drinks were served in trenta cups. The in store pickup and drive thru lines were both busy but the staff was friendly. I ordered a black tea, a brown sugar shaken espresso, and a kids hot white chocolate.
