When we arrived there was one man ahead of us. We placed our order, latte and iced doppio. We sat down and waited 20 minutes for our order. That seemed like a long time for such a small order. There were about 15 boxes pilled up on the customer side of the counter. It made the place look messy. This was my first visit to this business. I went today through drive-thru at 5:45pm. 1/01/24. The girl taking taking the payments and giving out the drinks/food, was VERY DISRESPECTFUL. I don't appreciate the way she was talking to me. Very unprofessional, and low. She got my order wrong and when I said in a nice respectful way that I asked for a different size she instead starting arguing with me that I got a different size and wouldn't take my drink back and make me the size I asked for. I even stated that I would pay the difference but still argued with me and made my order wrong even after her manager had to come to the window to fix the problem SHE MADE. If you don't like your job that much the quit. Grow up. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
