GIFT CARD FRAUD!!!! I purchased 4 gift cards $10 each. I gave them out as party favors only to find out they had no balance. I luckily had my receipt, the card numbers didn’t match the receipt . I called the store manager and they were absolutely no help. I’ve filed a complaint with corporate but what an inconvenience and embarrassment. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Went through drive through and ordered through Mobile order. After getting my drink, noticed that there was a hair inside my drink. I tried to grab the workers attention for a full minute, but she was on her phone and didn’t look up at the window at all (and there wasn’t anyone behind me). I personally felt it was too much of a hassle to go around, park, and then go in for a new drink so I just drove off. Don’t trust their hygiene after this. Consistently underserve drinks. Venti coffees will have so much foam that after a few minutes it melts and your drink is 3-4 inches lower than initial. Intentionally put entirely too much ice so your teas. Etc are actually half the amount. Total rip off Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

I've been a regular at this Starbucks for a long time, and I've never faced such a letdown. My usual latte with no ice arrived two-thirds full, a first-time experience here. This departure from their usual service and the lack of acknowledgment left me surprised.
