I had a bad experience today when I went for my daily coffee, they gave me something I didn't ask for and when I told the girl she told me she had no idea what I was talking about. I thought it would be nicer. In other places they cordially do it well for me without any problem, I had to pay again for them to make me another drink. It doesn't matter what you pay but the customer service was very unpleasant. Service: 1

Went through the drive through a couple times now, great services as always! Very fast and friendly people serving. 0 wait! Even when the line is wrapped around the mattress firm. Please get back up to par. No one should be walking out of their shift and not doing some type of housekeeping. Please take care of your work areas. And these were just a couple of the messes just waiting to be taken care of while staff stood around talking. After watching my drink start to be made and sat aside by not one but two baristas, umm yes refund me please. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Mobile order, went smoothly for most of order. 2 specialty venti coffees and dessert, drinks were ok. Who ever is in charge of inventory need to keep up. 30% of mobile orders had notes “ talk to barista “ = out of what they ordered. The toilet paper was out in bathroom and it holds 2 rolls, shouldn’t be out by 1 pm. Staff is courteous and try’s to help. If you are going to Costco, and just want quick coffee stop by.
