This store is enjoying racism. Came with a friend (we both Asian) and the staff intentionally spelled Doris into DORICE and Florence into FLORICE while making the wrong drinks. Must be fun for you. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Baristas just stood in a circle talking, siping their own made drinks, and on their phones for a ridiculous amount of time before deciding to make my drink. I just stood there staring at them like an idiot. All in all very unprofessional and definitely not what I would expect from a Starbucks Coffee let alone any business.

Guy greeted me and was extremely professional, he asked me about my day and offered me a full ride scholarship. Overall, would come here daily. The other reviews all false.

Can't claim your free drinks and can get crowded at times. But it's just the regular Starbucks experience.

If I could leave a lower star I would. This is by far the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. Today was my birthday so I went in to use my birthday reward. I ordered an iced coffee with soy milk and a banana nut bread warmed up. First of all why would they charge an extra 60 cents to add soy milk to an iced coffee. Company policy dictates that you will only get charged for different milk if its over 4 oz. I guarantee you they dont put more than that. When you buy hot coffee they dont charge you extra for milk because they put FREE milk in the condiment bar. They really made me pay 60 cents for less than 4 oz of milk on my birthday. The next thing I tell them is if they could sweeten my drink (the iced coffees come sweetened with classic syrup as a standard recipe). The barista had the nerve to tell me that they dont sweeten iced coffee and told me I could sweeten it with sugar and pointed to the condiment bar. Absolute disrespect but I accept it im used to it with this location. So I go to the bar handoff and wait for my drink. When I get there the barista tells me that theyd dont have soy. the young lady tells me I can go wait in line and get a refund. after explaining to her that it would be pointless to wait in line and for 60 cents, she offers me another drink to which I ask for a caramel macchiato. which was nice of her except that she made it wrong. but I won't make a big deal of that because it was kind of her to offer me anything else. By this time my banana nut bread is warmed and out of the oven and ready for handoff. Instead of handing me the pastry or at least gently placing it on the counter, this barista literally THROWS it onto the counter. The bread barely stayed on the counter. I wonder if the pastry would have fallen would they have even offered me a new one? would they charge me a couple cents to make me a new one? They ruined my birthday. Im already going through much as it is all I wanted was a little Starbucks for my birthday but all I got was the worst service ive ever seen at any Starbucks. Literally felt like crying. Hopefully my birthday can get better from here but its going to be tough.
