These people ALWAYS mess your order up. Asked for light ice.. literally told the gentleman at the drive thru please make sure they don't fill the cup up with ice and they still managed to get the order messed up and forgot caramel drizzle...not returning Service Take out Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
This Starbucks is horrible lately, they never have anything in stock. Grilled cheese? Out of them all the time. Yesterday I waited all day with sore throat just to go there and get a medicine ball and when I was finally able to go I was so excited, and they were out of one of the teas needed to make it. I said ok.. well can I just get some other kind of tea? They said we don’t really have that… I said ok, well I just need something hot, do you have gingerbread latte? No we are having a company-wide shortage of that. Wow Starbucks seriously? Do better. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Second week of getting old cold coffee. Luke warm at best and tastes terrible. At 6:15am in the morning you know its old left over coffee from yesterday. And they don't even try to hide it.

Just left the drive thru & the male with the red or whatever colored hair was so nasty & just disgusting to me. I tried to hand him the card machine & he ripped it out of my hand also said here ya go and slammed the window in face. How nasty and just rude Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

so yesterday afternoon, which was 7 2 23, I drove through the Starbucks, drive-through and ordered as usual and then pulled up to the window and I asked the person to scan to see if it will take any points or not and then I handed the cash and I noticed a little bit of an attitude, so then I got my change back thinking everything was OK and this person had the meanest and hardcore judge mental look on their face and I told them to have a nice day, and they stared at me and completely ignored me. Rude as hell. Service: 1
This Starbucks is my favorite. The early morning crew are the best and always get my drink perfect. I love that they know me by name and they strive to go above and beyond even when they are busy or short staffed. They deserve kudos and a raise. Without my morning coffee my day isn't as good and this crew make it happen! I appreciate their hard work and friendliness when I stop in and enjoy their smiles and the few people that have short conversations with me while my drink is being made. My husband and I frequent this location on our way to work. Normally the service is wonderful. Most of the team is very sweet and have a positive vibe. But there is one that will just sour the experience. I heard my favorite barista on the speaker but as I pull up to the window my least favorite is there. She is always sour, impatient, curt, and just plain unpleasant to interact with. This morning was special though. She relayed a policy about water with inclusions that I was not aware of and felt like she really needed to hammer it in by repeating it multiple times. When I asked her to please just charge my card (so I could move on with my morning) she began to argue with me saying I was rude and there was no reason to be mad at her. I wasn't mad, a bit annoyed...yes....a bit curt....also yes, but certainly not mad. No raised voice, no cussing. But she still needed to act as though I was some crazy, rude customer. Way to make for an awkward morning followed by a rant to my poor husband.
