EDIT: How do you know when a giant corporation is so big, it no longer cares (even a token amount) about customer service?.... robo-responses to customer service issues. Well played, Starbucks, well played indeed. *Shame*Shame*Shame*
Yikes.... horrendous customer service. Yes, it was busy.... but when my drink 1 came out 10 minutes before drink 2, and I simply inquired as to whether drink 2 had been missed (as happens from time to time), 4 staffers all snapped at me, as if my question was unreasonable. Also, several folks who ordered long after me, at the counter, received their drinks. I understand we all need to be patient when starbucks gets busy, but I don't deserve to be yelled at by your staff for quietly asking about the remainder of my order. Shame on you and your store manager.
