I come by this Starbucks every once in a while when I'm super tired and need the caffeine, as it's close to my work.
I was having a rough start this morning, so decided to stop by on my way to work for a frappachino. As I was walking out the door, the drink slipped out of my hand and exploded all over the sidewalk and me.
Embarrassed, I went back inside to the counter to purchase a replacement drink but as soon as I told the folks behind the counter I'd need to buy another drink, as I'd dropped it, they would not take money from me, and immediately went to work making a new drink. They even gave me a towel to clean off the drink remains from my clothes.
Starbucks is a bit too pricey for me to go there often, but maybe I'll try to stop in more.
I wish I knew the names of the folks who were so kind to me today and made me a new drink, and went above and beyond to be so kind. I'm very grateful!
