On a cold morning, it was nice to find this Starbucks open when I arrived at 5:15am. Pretty empty inside, I found a seat, ordered my coffee and popped open my laptop. I spent the morning working from here, pounding away at the keyboard, dialing in to a Zoom call or two and watching the waves of customers coming and going from my seat. Staff were all nice, but I'm not sure why one of the baristas thinks it is appropriate to wear a Blue Lives Matter hat at work. Your place of work is not a space to express your support for the police and be racist. It makes customers uncomfortable. I won't be coming back here.
