This review is for the location near T18 in the T North terminal. 6 employees and 3 customers. 2 out of the 3 in front of me received incorrect orders. The “team” was arguing and appeared that they could not care any less about being there or serving customers. Waited 15 minutes, inquired about my order. They said they didn’t have any order. I showed them my receipt and asked if I ordered from the correct store. They confirmed I did but still had no ticket. Someone said to another employee to make my drink but they even argued who should do it. I left and had to call to get a refund. Not an easy process by the way. Service: 1
Hands Down Worst Customer Service for a Coffee Place - incompetent - zero sense of urgency - inability to do more than one task - pre-planning/thinking ahead does not exist - apathetic/disinterested in customer service - 15 just to order-7 people in front of me - didn’t have time to wait for drink after 8 minutes of waiting Plan to wait. Not a pleasant Starbucks experience l. There is a person barking out to-go and in-store orders who won't let you stand in the store for some reason, and wait time was very long due to mobile orders. Just let people pick up their orders normally like a regular store. It was such an interruption. My latte did not have foam - they were using a machine for foam as though they cannot steam milk. This past Friday, January 26- after walking from the main entrance and through TSA , I stopped by the Starbucks at concourse C and was greeted by the manager and I ordered a new drink- the iced hazelnut oat milk shaken espresso. The overall customer experience was par excellence and when I travel again I will order the same drink again ; if I am traveling from concourse C. The woman made my drink wrong which of course I was in a hurry and couldn’t have it corrected. She also made fun of my name to my face, realizing she was super mean then tried to say, “thank you.” And pretended to be nice. Lastly, I saw another employee call out a mobile order person’s name then immediately throw the drink in the trash. The person whose drink it was saw it all happen because they were walking up to get their drink. The dysfunction at this Starbucks is pervasive and I will 100% never spend money here again. BEWARE of Concourse C Gate 16 Starbucks. Traveling through on New Years Day. The lady who seemed to be in charge is completely rotten! Mobile order time said 5-8 min, wasn’t in a hurry, gave it 10 min and headed down to pick it up. There was about 20 other people waiting patiently at the mobile order counter. This particular lady seemed to be moving intentionally slow, like she didn’t give a care in the world that there were so many people which I thought was odd but also, if that’s how you work under pressure then so be it. But, then she proceeds to shout at all of us waiting, “If you are waiting on a mobile order you need to be behind the line!” She wanted everyone around the corner where you can’t see or hear anything. 20 people crammed together around the corner behind a rope, I should’ve take a picture it was so ridiculous how these people were being treated and corralled like cows. Most everyone moved but she continued to yell at some stragglers. After about 10 min I decided to leave because the energy was so bad. When I came back there were more new people waiting near the area so of course she proceeded to shout again. This time I just stood where I was but she looked at me and shouted, “Mam, mam! If you do not move behind the line I will stop these orders!” Everyone was whispering how awful she was and her staff looked miserable. Nobody stood up to her though because they just wanted their coffee and I’m sure that’s why she acts that way. Finally got my drink about 30 min after ordering. Such a bad experience because of one lady. She had no business working in customer service. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
