I've been here multiple times and unfortunately have found the staff to be really unkind and condescending every time. I chalked it up to being understaffed and overworked the first few times, but when I was met with snide remarks and rolling eyes when I asked for an update on an order I had placed over a half an hour prior (while other people who ordered after me and got the same type of drink as me got theirs well before I did) I realized they're just unpleasant. The food and drinks are just as good as any other Starbucks, so I'll opt to go to the one up the street from this one from now on.
