College campus Starbucks, so staffed by students. So expectations not that high. But service was particularly poor, especially at the point of sale. Cashier was more interested in her phone than taking my order and was annoyed when I wasn’t finished with order after initial item. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

There’s always something with this location. Either the debit/credit cards are down or nitro is out. Most food items are always out online but available in store. Staff could be friendly could not be. Depends on the day or mood. Seriously it’s almost worth it to drive to Dawsonville. Kinda wish corporate would do something about it. Ordered online so it would be ready when I got there. I ordered 10 mins before I arrived. And 20 mins before I actually got my 1 food item, all they do is microwave it so it took the person 20 mins to even think to pop it into the microwave.... This starbucks location is phenomenal. I was running late and I was in and out of the store in less than 5 minutes. Abby my barista was incredibly friendly and made sure my order was accurate.
