I work really close to this Starbucks. So, it is a convenient treat. Unfortunately, I often leave the drive thru with a less than mediocre coffee drink. I don’t understand how it can taste so different from other Starbucks? This visit I decided to go back in and ask the staff to remake my drink. It didn’t taste good and it didn’t taste anything like the brûlée I get from other locations. They gladly remade it. Thank you for that. However, it was equally disappointing. These drinks are expensive to end up tossing out or doctoring when I get home. Truly disappointed and feel like I waisted my money and time. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Still don't understand how the letters are supposed to work at the pickup counter. Super loud environment, can't hear the staff call out names or hear people at our table talking.
