Spent $6 on an iced coffee and had an accident and dropped my cup on the floor. It was 3/4 full. NO ONE acknowledged the incident or me while I stood at the counter seeking help. Finally got someone’s attention told them what happened and was told I’ll get someone to clean it up. Never offered a replacement. I know I should not expect that but if I was at many other places, I would have been first acknowledged and second offered a complimentary replacement. Really poor customer service. I understand that everyone working was busy but no one lifted their heads to help!!! Come on you can do better than that. Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast

This is one of my go to morning coffee places. I usually order on the app to pick up through the drive through. The staff is always friendly and my order is always available when I come to pick it up. I love seeing that they support the LTGBTA+ community. <3 Thanks for being there.
