Went through the drive thru. Service was slow. Did not have peppermint syrup for the peppermint hot chocolate. Bought a gift card and they didn't have a sleeve for the gift card. Just seemed a bit unorganized, even her taking the payment was chaotic. The hot chocolate didn't taste as good as other locations. Service Take out Price per person $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 3

One word to describe my experience is horrible. It was absolutely horrible. I entered the cafe during a time when they were not busy. They only had a few other customers in the store, but there wasn’t a long line in-store nor in drive-thru. However, tell me why it took one hour for the employees to prepare my single drink. That is in singular terms. I ordered one single drink. I did not even get my drink in the end and left the cafe with nothing. Service: 1

Avoid this location!They messed up my drink yesterday and it was disgusting. Then when I called for a replacement the manager was SUPER rude about it and had no care in the world. My coworkers drinks that they got later that day were also disgusting. They even gave her the wrong drink. If you have a choice please go across the street to Dutch. Save yourself the headache. Dutch Brothers is 3000000000x better!!!

I love Starbucks! Since school started, I've been going to one regularly to work on homework, and I went to this one instead today and I LOVE the environment and staff here! One of the best in the area. Asked for a recommendation on best drink for the quickest caffeine intake and they did not disappoint. In and out in less than 3 minutes! Food: 5 Service: 5

I LOVE this new location. The staff is absolutely wonderful as well, very friendly, talkative, sociable. Theyve never made my drink wrong. I pick up for my manager as well whom is very peculiar about her food and coffee, and she has NEVER complained. They are very clean and keep up with sanitizing.

Drive-thru lane is usually extremely lengthy, they serve very slowly, so expect anywhere between 15 to 25 minutes of wait time. Going inside is a bit better. You can use the restrooms inside and order. Yet you can not sit inside. It is only outside sitting. Nice place with friendly people inside.

Great coffee, I had the pumpkin cream cold brew it was boom!!! I even got a happy birthday from the lady at the window. Thanks for making my morning wonderful.
